Check out my complete review of this wonderful new cookbook and an oh so yummy (and just in time for picnic season) Kasha and Beet Salad with Celery and Feta recipe from it, over at my cooking and craft blog: Veggies, Yarns & Tails.
You'll be glad you did! :<)
This is definitely a book and recipe to check out, I agree.
ReplyDeleteIt's great to find some healthy and delish gluten-free recipes, especially for main dishes. Few and far between with so many gluten-free cookbooks I've checked out. This book is a keeper!
DeleteI've heard much about gluten free but don't know much about it. I should look into it more.
ReplyDeleteHaving a good resource book like this cookbook would be very helpful Charles. I feel a lot better since I've cut way back on wheat, even though I'm not gluten-intolerant. I also lost 5 pounds without even trying. Read the Wheat Belly diet too, if you want to find out more about the negative aspects of eating wheat and gluten-containing foods. It's an eye-opener.
DeleteWhat a fine blog!
ReplyDeleteGlad you visited mine so I could discover you :)

I'm so glad you stopped in from your island paradise. Thanks for your kind words.
Deletegood too know found out all my 'stomach' problems weren't due to whole wheat or soy but because my thyroid is sky-high, all the good things Icould have been eaten...:)
ReplyDeleteIt is so helpful when we can unravel health and diet issues, I agree. So often, it can be a combination of factors causing problems and that makes it hard.
DeleteThankfully, I'm in better than average health but we can always improve, can't we? ;<)
